Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide critical care services during night shifts. The role involves supporting labor and delivery patients, managing respiratory interventions, and stabilizing patients in high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and manage ventilator support for patients in critical and labor & delivery units.
• Set up BCPAP interfaces and assist physicians with intubations and airway management.
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
• Document all procedures and patient responses accurately in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Hold current AHA/ARC BLS, NRP, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience, including labor and delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using NRP protocols and stabilizing labor & delivery patients.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule with no block scheduling required.
