Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees onsite, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting workplace wellness. This role involves administering preventative care, managing work-related injuries, and supporting health education initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage employee health concerns, providing immediate care as needed.
• Administer immunizations, screenings, and health assessments in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all employees.
• Collaborate with safety and management teams to develop wellness programs and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Educate employees on health topics and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license required.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
• Knowledge of hospital fire and life safety standards.
• Demonstrated experience in occupational health or related field preferred.
