Job Summary:
Seeking a Pediatric Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer with specialized experience in pediatric cardiac imaging. The role involves performing echocardiograms and ultrasound procedures in a busy inpatient and outpatient environment, ensuring accurate diagnostics for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pediatric echocardiograms and ultrasound procedures with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety during examinations.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Document imaging results thoroughly and communicate findings to the medical team.
• Follow infection control and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support diagnostic and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ pediatric sonography experience, including pediatric cardiac imaging.
• Certification through ARDMS or CCI in Ultrasound or Cardiac Sonography.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient and hospital setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric echocardiography techniques.
• Hold valid state licensure if applicable.
