Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides specialized respiratory care to patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient safety within the NICU. This role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based respiratory treatments and interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and aerosol treatments.
• Assess patient condition and adjust treatments accordingly to optimize respiratory function.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and clinical notes.
• Ensure compliance with all certification, licensing, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid NH state license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Hold current BLS, NRP, PALS, and RRT certifications.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal respiratory care and ventilator management.
• Able to pass background and drug screening prior to employment.
