Job Summary:

The CT Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing computed tomography (CT) technology to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety is paramount in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them appropriately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards to protect patients and staff.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid ARRT certification for CT technologists.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent CT imaging experience.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Be licensed in the relevant state or country and in-hand at the time of submission.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, on a 13-week contract basis.
