Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in an acute care setting. The therapist will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' daily living and vocational skills, promoting independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and execute personalized rehabilitation programs to restore daily living, homemaking, and vocational skills.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately within clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and safety standards, including BLS and Epic charting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA Occupational Therapist license.
• Possess current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Have at least 2 years of recent experience working in an acute care environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health records, preferably Epic.
• Be available for a day shift, Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:30.
• Be willing to travel up to 50 miles if applicable, with valid credentials and background checks.
