Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for an outpatient clinic position to provide orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation services. This temporary role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while supporting a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and post-operative patients in an outpatient setting.
• Fabricate, modify, and apply splints to meet patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Support wound care management for post-op patients as needed.
• Manage a caseload primarily focused on musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Demonstrate outpatient orthopedic/MSK experience.
• Have experience with post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
• Possess splint fabrication and modification skills.
• Preferably hold a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills and confidence in outpatient therapy.
