Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care for a 13-week assignment. This role offers guaranteed hours and an opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active state Physical Therapist license.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Show excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• Have prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
• Be available for the full 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours.
