Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse in an outpatient clinic setting provides comprehensive nursing care, patient education, and health promotion. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect essential patient health data through thorough assessments.
• Analyze assessment findings to identify diagnoses or issues.
• Develop individualized care plans with clear outcomes and strategies.
• Implement and evaluate the prescribed plan of care.
• Promote health, safety, and patient education within the outpatient environment.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and team members to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold current Montana RN licensure.
• Maintain American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Possess outpatient clinic experience and knowledge of EHR systems.
• Demonstrate competence and willingness to practice modified primary nursing.
• Display sound judgment, patience, and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment and handle emotionally challenging situations.
