Job Summary:
Providing physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting, ensuring optimal rehabilitation outcomes. The role involves developing tailored treatment plans and monitoring patient progress throughout the specified assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical capabilities and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and health maintenance.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in patient records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
