Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for labor and delivery units requiring specialized neonatal and obstetric skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, and maternal care, working night shifts to support high-risk deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort throughout delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret advanced fetal monitoring to assess fetal well-being.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and assist with maternal and neonatal procedures.
• Document all clinical interventions accurately in Epic and other charting systems.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and hospital staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with current BLS, ACLS, and NRP provider certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Be comfortable managing high-risk pregnancies and deliveries independently.
• Possess critical fetal monitoring proficiency and experience with Epic charting preferred.
• Be available to complete required lab work, background checks, and verifications within specified timeframes.
