TactStaff EDU is hiring Early Childhood / PreK Special Education Teachers for multiple school-based opportunities across the Phoenix, AZ area for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities
• Provide specialized instruction to PreK and early childhood students in self-contained and inclusive classroom settings
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students with developmental delays, autism, and other disabilities
• Use play-based and structured learning strategies to support developmental growth
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, paraprofessionals, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Active or eligible Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Special Education Certificate
• Early Childhood Special Education endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Structured English Immersion (SEI) endorsement required or willingness to obtain
• Previous early childhood, PreK, or developmental program experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

• $1,600 – $1,800 weekly (W-2, DOE)
