Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert care in the Emergency Room during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency care and monitor patient vital signs with precision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Respond swiftly to trauma and urgent medical situations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Alabama or compact state RN license at the time of application.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience in large healthcare facilities.
• Maintain certifications in ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS; TNCC preferred.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willing to work night shifts and understand local travel and residency policies.
