Job Summary:

Seeking a experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive maternal and neonatal care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical data accurately using electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, infant care, and breastfeeding.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license and current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate EPIC electronic charting experience, with at least 3 years of RN clinical practice.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Be available for Day shift (3x12 hours) and able to undergo lab work within 3-5 days of signing.
• Possess recent Work History Verification and valid Nursys license within the last 2 weeks.
• Comply with Tier 3 Travel policies, including a 50-mile travel requirement and travel clearance within specified timeframe.
