Job Summary:
Provides occupational therapy services to patients to improve their daily living and functional skills. Works collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises for ongoing care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure therapeutic goals are met.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in relevant settings.
• Possess active CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in patient care.
