Speech Language Pathologist
2026–2027 School Year

TactStaff EDU is actively connecting with SLPs for anticipated opportunities in the 2026/2027 school year across the Rochester metro area and surrounding communities. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, this is your opportunity to secure a meaningful school-based role early.
What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across K through 12 settings
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Eligibility for or an active Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) School SLP License (required for school-based roles)
- Active Minnesota Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist license for clinical practice
- ASHA CCC SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs and special education compliance
