Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week traveling contract at a clinic in Granite Falls, MN. The role involves providing personalized rehabilitation services to help clients improve their daily functions and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve therapy goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress throughout treatment.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Possess a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Have at least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Be flexible with schedule and adaptable to different clinical settings.
