TactStaff EDU is connecting with passionate Occupational Therapists interested in opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year in Yonkers, New York and surrounding communities.

We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to supporting students’ functional, motor, and sensory development to help them succeed in the school environment. Opportunities may include placements in public schools, charter schools, and specialized education programs across the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Qualifications
Must hold or be eligible for New York State licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Valid New York State licensure through the New York State Education Department

NBCOT certification preferred through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary school team

Experience
Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting

Strong knowledge of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and New York State special education compliance standards

Experience conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans

Ability to support and implement IEP goals and provide direct/indirect therapy services

Experience collaborating with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
