TactStaff EDU is connecting with passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts interested in opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year in Yonkers, New York and surrounding communities.

We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based practices. Opportunities may include placements in public schools, charter schools, and specialized education programs across the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Qualifications
Must hold active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Must meet New York State requirements for practicing as a behavior analyst

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary school team

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience
Experience providing behavior analytic services in a school setting

Strong knowledge of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and New York State special education compliance standards

Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Ability to analyze data, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions accordingly

Experience training and supporting teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies
