Job Details

Job Summary:
The CT Tech will operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images for patient assessment. They will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging procedures while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE and Siemens CT scanners to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures and positioning them properly.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies, including radiation safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (R)(CT) certification.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Have at least 1 year of recent CT imaging experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE and Siemens imaging systems.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Be flexible to work Fri-Sun, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with call requirements.
