Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled RN with CVOR experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a prominent surgical unit. The role involves supporting cardiovascular surgeries within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ensuring optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized perioperative care to cardiovascular surgery patients, including neuro, ortho/spine, and robotics procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and maintain OR equipment and supplies for cardiac and vascular surgeries.
• Monitor patient vital signs, anesthesia, and postoperative recovery phases during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.
• Document patient information and clinical procedures accurately in the EMR system.
• Participate in on-call rotations, approximately 10-15 days per month, to provide urgent support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with minimum 1 year OR experience, including cardiovascular, neuro, or ortho/spine cases.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating room procedures and familiarity with Meditech EMR.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Have experience working in trauma centers or high-acuity settings preferred.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
