Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with OR circulator experience to provide patient care and coordinate surgical procedures. This role involves working primarily dayshift hours, with on-call responsibilities that may include holidays, requiring adaptability and dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate surgical procedures as the OR circulator.
• Provide comprehensive, individualized nursing care to surgical patients.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Respond to on-call demands, including holiday coverage when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and industry standards for patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid WA license or Multi-State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrate prior OR circulator experience in a surgical setting.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Capable of working flexible hours including days and on-call shifts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surgical nursing standards.
