Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, within a rural hospital setting. Ensure effective management of respiratory conditions through technical proficiency and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Comply with all safety protocols, including emergency response procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and neonatal resuscitation (NRP or STABLE) certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal to geriatric respiratory care.
• Possess a valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential.
• Show strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
