What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and participation in educational settings
• Provide consultation and training to educators, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior strategies and implementation
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision making
• Ensure compliance with IEPs, behavior plans, and documentation requirements
• Support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs across a variety of school environments
   

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minnesota licensure or ability to obtain prior to start, if applicable
• CPI Certification or willingness to obtain
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families to support student outcomes
