Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift coverage in a high-volume emergency room setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency room patients, ensuring timely assessment and intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and escalate critical changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Alabama or compact state RN license, with no pending licenses.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent ER experience, preferably in large healthcare facilities.
• Be BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certified; TNCC preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and triage protocols.
• Exhibit strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
