Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients, helping restore and improve their functional abilities. Deliver patient-centered care within a clinic setting, adhering to best practices and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving fine motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities for ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Possess proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Be flexible to work at multiple location sites if required.
