Job Summary:

Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to patients on a PRN night shift basis. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and recovery through clinical expertise and compassionate support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and health maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong Clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments.
