Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated LVN for a 13-week contract on a Medical Surgical unit. The role involves providing compassionate patient care overnight, with no call required, supporting a busy, diverse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes efficiently.
• Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Support wound care, IV management, and use of medical equipment.
• Assist with patient mobility and comfort as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Proficient in IV skills, Foley, and central line management.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Meditech EMR system.
