Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care within a fast-paced cardiac catheterization environment, supporting patient procedures and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to cardiac cath and electrophysiology patients during their procedures.
• Collaborate with cardiology teams and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any emergent clinical issues promptly.
• Complete documentation accurately and adhere to procedural protocols and compliance standards.
• Float to similar units within scope as needed, providing exceptional patient care across departments.
• Attend brief onsite orientation sessions and complete required modules during orientation.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license (pending NM or Compact states accepted).
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab or electrophysiology setting.
• Have BLS and ACLS certifications current at the time of assignment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in cardiac procedures, monitoring, and patient management.
• Ability to work day shifts (4x10-hour days) with required call and weekend coverage.
• Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance and pass travel compliance requirements.
