Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical units, specializing in night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care while adapting to floating responsibilities within the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Float between units as needed, adhering to scope of practice and facility protocols.
• Complete required modules during onsite orientation, recording hours via transcripts.
• Maintain compliance with travel and licensing requirements, including valid KS or Compact RN license.
• Follow all clinical and safety guidelines, including BLS certification and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid KS or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Possess BLS certification, with additional certifications preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in adult acute care nursing.
• Be willing to work night shifts, including weekends, with floating responsibilities as needed.
