Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join a healthcare team for a fast-paced inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide medication management and clinical support, ensuring safe and effective pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and review medication plans.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and facility policies.
• Educate patients and staff on medication usage and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Document all pharmaceutical interventions and interventions in the patient records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid pharmacist license in Alaska.
• Possess at least 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with pharmacy software systems.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Show proof of application for Washington state pharmacy license.
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
