Job Summary:
This CVOR Registered Nurse position involves providing specialized perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing services within a fast-paced surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients pre-operatively to establish baseline data and prepare them for surgery.
• Monitor and manage patients intra-operatively, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to coordinate patient care and assist in procedures as needed.
• Document all clinical actions accurately in accordance with facility standards.
• Provide post-operative care and education to patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license (GA or Compact) at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR or perioperative nursing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures and patient management.
• Successfully pass all required compliance and background checks within specified deadlines.
• Available to complete core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Provide two supervisory references at or above manager level.
