Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled CVOR CST for travel assignment at a leading cardiothoracic surgery unit. The role involves supporting complex cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with cardiothoracic surgeries including CABG, AAA, Valve Replacement, and TAVR.
• Prepare and operate specialized surgical equipment such as Stryker and GE systems.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and other CSTs to ensure smooth patient flow and surgical success.
• Support intraoperative patient care and sterile procedures during surgeries.
• Adapt to floating between units and facilities based on staffing needs.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least 2 years of experience as a CST in a cardiovascular surgery setting.
• Demonstrate flexibility and confidence in high-pressure situations.
• Possess current certification in Surgical Technology (CST).
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Be eligible to support HCA HealthONE facilities, including floating as needed.
• Maintain current BLS and necessary clinical licenses.
