Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy support under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to assist patients in regaining independence and improving daily functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans designed by occupational therapists tailored to individual patient needs.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities to enhance physical and cognitive abilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential or license.
• Demonstrate prior experience in a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Possess excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Be able to follow detailed treatment plans and adapt as needed.
• Be dependable with a strong work ethic, committed to patient care.
