Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services. This full-time role involves day shifts, focusing on delivering quality patient care within a structured outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies, protocols, and documentation standards.
• Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid South Carolina PT license.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Open to first-time travelers and recent graduates.
