2026–2027 School Year
Lubbock, TX

TactStaff EDU is actively connecting with Licensed Specialists in School Psychology (LSSP) for anticipated 2026 to 2027 school year opportunities across the Lubbock area and surrounding communities. This is your opportunity to secure a meaningful school-based role early in a high demand market.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychoeducational and psychological evaluations in accordance with state and federal timelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams for eligibility determination and ARD meetings
- Provide evaluation findings and recommendations to support student learning and behavioral needs
- Support behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Maintain compliant evaluation documentation and reports
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Graduate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology LSSP license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist NCSP preferred but not required
- Texas Education Agency certification required or in process for school-based assignments
- School based experience preferred
- Strong understanding of evaluation timelines, ARD processes, and special education compliance
