TactStaff EDU is connecting with passionate Occupational Therapists interested in opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year in Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding communities.

We are seeking dedicated professionals committed to supporting students’ functional, motor, and sensory development to help them succeed in the school environment. Opportunities may include placements in public schools, charter schools, and specialized education programs across the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Arizona Occupational Therapist licensure
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Arizona license through the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
• NBCOT certification required
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary school team

Experience

• Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and Arizona special education compliance standards
• Experience conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Ability to support IEP development and student functional goals
• Experience collaborating with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families
