TactStaff EDU is actively accepting and interviewing Speech Language Pathologists for the 26/27 school year. This is an onsite opportunity with a terrific district partner and an excellent chance to secure a meaningful school-based role early.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy to students across a range of K through 12 settings, with flexibility to support different age groups and campus needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned to each student’s goals and educational requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to support consistent student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to thoughtful, student-centered success planning
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs across varied school environments

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Texas SLP license or eligibility
• Texas Education Agency certification required or in process for school-based assignments
• CCC SLP preferred CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• School-based experience required or in process
• Strong understanding of IEPs and special education compliance
