Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore function. Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and screenings.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Document patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately.
• Comply with all safety standards, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have at least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
