Job Summary:
Provides therapeutic services to patients requiring rehabilitation and recovery support, focusing on improving mobility and functional ability through individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment programs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on ongoing care and pain management techniques.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the relevant state.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Have prior experience with orthopedic surgeries preferred.
• Be available to work primarily weekdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
