Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit, monitored and supported by a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, and ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient changes promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care efforts.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse licensure.
• Demonstrate at least one year of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Possess excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Maintain current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Compliance with healthcare facility and regulatory standards.
