School Psychologist
2026–2027 School Year
Knoxville, TN
Are you a passionate School Psychologist ready to make an impact in a diverse and growing school community?
TactStaff EDU is actively connecting with School Psychologists for anticipated 2026 / 2027 school year opportunities across the Knoxville area and surrounding communities. This is your opportunity to secure a meaningful school-based role early in a high demand market.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct psychoeducational and psychological evaluations in accordance with state and federal timelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for eligibility determination and IEP meetings
• Provide evaluation findings and recommendations to support student learning and behavioral needs
• Support behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Maintain compliant evaluation documentation and reports
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, related service providers, and families
What We’re Looking For
• Graduate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active Tennessee Department of Education School Psychologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Nationally Certified School Psychologist NCSP preferred but not required
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong understanding of evaluation timelines, IEP processes, and special education compliance
