Job Summary:
Provide specialized wound care services to patients, supporting their recovery and improving clinical outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' wound conditions and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Administer wound care procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Ensure infection control standards are consistently upheld.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification.
• Possess current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrate experience in wound care management.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Display excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
