Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units. Responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of recent experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain CPR and ACLS certifications as required.
