Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care and promote positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and modify care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document all nursing activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience in a similar clinical setting, typically 1-3 years.
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and electronic health records.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and handle multiple patient cases.
