As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs through evaluations, counseling, and intervention strategies. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess student needs and develop effective interventions. They should demonstrate empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of child development, as well as the ability to manage crisis situations and provide emotional support.

School Psychologist
TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team! The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess student needs and develop effective interventions. They should demonstrate empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of child development, as well as the ability to manage crisis situations and provide emotional support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to evaluate student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans.
- ESA School Psychologist Certificate (OSPI)
- Master’s degree or state-approved school psychology program completion
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) Optional
