School Nurse
TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled School PEL (Professional Educator License) Nurse  to provide health services that support students’ physical well-being so they can safely participate in learning.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students (first aid, illness/injury assessment, medication administration).

• Manage chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, seizures, allergies) and create care plans.

• Ensure health compliance (immunizations, screenings, medical documentation).

• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with parents, staff, and healthcare providers.

• Promote health education and prevention (hygiene, wellness, safety).

• Maintain health records and support special education needs (IEPs/504s) as related to medical care.

Requirements:
• IL RN Licensure
• PEL RN
• BLS
• Hearing and vision Certification preferred, but not required
