• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient services and ensure seamless care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emerging clinical situations to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Proven experience in adult medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet performance expectations consistently.
