Job Summary:
Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a skilled nursing facility team. The role involves providing high-quality speech therapy services to residents in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' speech, language, and cognitive functions to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with facility protocols.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to dress code requiring black scrubs and maintain presence in the facility to guarantee hours.
• Follow established policies including CRG P & P and achieve a productivity rate of 90%.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Exhibit strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
