TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled School Occupational Therapist to join our team! They develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve fine motor skills, self-regulation, and daily living tasks, helping students achieve greater independence in the classroom. Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' physical, sensory, and cognitive needs to develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement and modify therapy interventions to improve fine motor skills, self-regulation, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create adaptive strategies for student success.
• Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services and support students in the classroom setting.
